Werent we just discussing rice a few weeks ago? Why would you need a "phat zorst" if its a "crappy old one...and bloody slow"? Doesnt anyone even wonder if its a clubby or a roundnose when suggesting colour? And I know that the neons would add atleast 25hp to the engine, but you might wanna consider a bigger carburettor to go with the zorst and new bushes to hold the hinges while youre driving it all around. |

Mike - cos he's a bit of a boy-racer and by boy-racer logic a 'phat exhaust' will add plenty of 'car-park points' and make his mini a 'slag-magnet'... I'm willing to bet that if he's from England he lives in Essex... Hybrid ---------------------------- Iceberg - White Mini CIty |

Mini_Roo do you have any other cars? Is your mini the only car you have? I like them because they look very very nice and there is only one in Bombay and it's red vith vhite roof. |

Black and gold I reckon always looks the best. LEave the lad alone ya big bullies, I got 9 nephews in the UK and they're all boy racers, they love their cars. It's the look that matters not so much how fast it'll go. You get yer phat zorst and zeemax kit darlin' and dont forget to play yer ICE so loud it scares the Ozzy gits senseless! lmao |

But it's the look that's sad. all boy racers over here look like gimps. I mean Ford Escort with mechano spoiler and pram wheels, come on... ![]() They should either buy proper fast cars, or just leave as is, but when the stereo has more power then the engine, and the car is older then the bird they've just picked up I start to get worried! Harlequin Paint. dont need to choose any colours then ![]() ![]() But yer paint job's prolly gonna cost a helluva lot more than yer car. EDIT...... I'm not gonna paint my car any colour. I'm just gonna rub it all back to BARE shiny steel, and coat it in clear. It works on planes real good. |

your car better be new then cos rust is going to be realy hard to polish back. Works well on Aluminium planes and cars, like the Audi's, and the odd caterham. Not sure how it'd work on a mini. If you're using a new proper mini shell you might do better to try toget the whole thing and/or phosphated or chromated to passivate the metal (reduce chemical reactivity), and then add a dye, and seal, similar to anodising aluminium. Wuld look great if you picked a good colour!!! Dave |
