Seeing as its so close to the end of the month, I though I would have a look at how much bandwidth we have used.
As of last nights count... 3319.84 Megabytes

I only have 1GB of bandwidth, and pay US75c per GB thereafter...
I know it doesnt sound like much, but I really dont want to be paying money out of my pocket to host this site.
I'll do anything you guys want... so long as it doesnt cost me anything
I like things to pay for themselves.

I have almost finished my uploading script, and was thinking that I could come up with a deal for you guys...
I will host ANY pics that you have of your mini, so no more asking around to host your pics, and send you an ausmini.com sticker... for a measily $5

This means that I can move up a plan on the web host, and have more space to host the pics.. and more bandwidth!!!

What happened with the stickers: I forked out $33 to get some printed and the guy didnt do what I asked... so I am stuck with a heap of stickers that are not what I asked for. They are all pixelated... not contour cut... and the clubbies ones have been resized so the fine lines are now all chunky!
I'm going to go around to see a different company tomorrow to see if they can do me a good price. They come highly recommended.

so I will be getting some ausmini.com stickers cut soon (sooner if people want to pay in advance ) and then we should be in business.

oh.. btw.. as another idea....I can get keyrings done also based on my initial inquiry's... I can prob even do em for the same $5 price

I reckon you should hit up a few mini shops and clubs... even any performance parts places etc. Get some sponsorship. You'd probably have to look at making the site a little bit more professional with like 'terms of use' and more tightly moderated. Some of the stuff that gets said on here wouldn't make some shops too happy. Maybe enforce a 'no vendor verdicts' type of rule...

Yea, censorship and legaly binding contractual agreements to enter the site sounds like a great idea all round..........No I'd rather buy a sticker, heck I'd rather buy a few (can go next to my "sarcastic c**t" ones).

Maybe we could also have some rules on use of language - there is a wide range of people using this site and maybe some of them don't care for that sort of thing...............no personnnel offence mean't

I have seen what it has done to some other forums.

You could also run some cruise events and sell drinks, sausages etc.
