Why not just replace the hubs temporarily ie leave the ball joints/tie rods loose until your'e ready to install the shafts. The weight of the car will keep it all together while you move it around.

Hi all I was just wondering if it is possible to fit the drive shafts after the hubs have been fitted? I was thinking I could pack the CV's with grease then cover them with plastic and a cable tie. I just didnt really want them flapping around in the engine bay when I push it around incase the ball cages got damaged. Thanks |

i have a old set of cvs with no shafts so i can move the minis or choke around |
