They are not available in Europe!
How are they fixed at the car?

Sorry for quoting this picture - but these wheel arch extensions look sensational! They are not available in Europe! How are they fixed at the car?

They are normally mounted on a steel lip that is welded to the lip of the guard. 
The arch is then clipped onto the steel lip then the chrome trim secures it all and makes it look pretty. |

The ones in that pic basically look like the standard Aussie wheel archs. The attach as shown in the pic above mine have pop rivets going upwards from underneath. They might be wider versions, as those are fairly wide wheels. |
