Following the completed repairs of Betty from her 'tip over' (http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic ... highlight=) was a d*ckhead who side swiped her on saturday.

and then he hit the moke - Spiro.

He tried to split Spiro and Betty up, and collected both of cars at the same time.
So he swiped my front left guard, (opposite side where she was repaired) then looks backs, and smashes into the Rear left of the Moke, and comes to a sudden halt, and Bettys hits the tow bar.

I think i'm in a stream of bad luck.

Mike Byron panel beated her. and I helped him (a little)
Thank you Mike, for working on her in the heat. I saw your sweat dripping on Jim's driveway

Thanks to those who went to the Garage day and gave moral support and a helping hand/s. Also Jim and scott, Thanks SO much for your grille, that is very very generous of you, and I am very grateful :D

Thanks for the series of photographs -

yes it was a bit hot banging away with the single claw hammer and dolly - with some flat hammers, shrinking hammer and oxy, it could have come out a better but at least the repaired crumpled guard wasn't going shred a tyre when we finished. Nor was a enthusiastic policeperson going to write a defect.

Emm's hands show she got in and did the work - I just did a bit of banging.
