Depends on if your running standard air box or sports filters - in which case I'd vote red. |

Pretty sure the reds are stronger. It depends on state of tune which you want. ![]() |

standard GT (Cooper S) air box red are stronger (4.5 oz). So that will make piston rise slower yea? |

Well.. stronger springs will make it rise less, but the rate of rise is a function of the dashpot's oil viscosity. Vizard recommends red springs in all cases for twin HS2 on a 1275S, modded or not. I reckon with blues they would be wide open too soon, then you have lost mixture control. ![]() For a well modded 1275, twin HS2s are too small. ![]() |
