okay so i got these when i bought the shell

there are 3 packets with 3 rings...and 1 pack with 6 and 3 each of those other wierd ring things.

so how many am I missing off a full set? how much would this set be worth?

It looks like you are missing the rings for one piston.
The set would be worth very little. :cry: Unless you only want to replace the rings on 3 cylinders.

depends on the size of the rings and pistons to match also the strange shaped ones are the oil rings they scrap the oil out of the bore

part number

should be part numbers or details on the end flaps of the box or the front maybe ? Possibly even on the paper's they're wrapped in . If they don't say the size they should at least have the part number you can quote to somebody who sells them or has the parts books and they'll hopefully know .

well the box has a sticker with "036" on them

and theres a code A0241C on the side

these numbers mean anything?

To me , no , to someone with the appropriate parts book's they'll mean a lot . Try an engine rebuilder or parts supplier .
