A few users in Australia have reported getting a "banned due to IP address" message preventing them from logging in. Of course this is not intentional, but probably due to a glitch in the IP address filtering we do to minimise the number of SPAM registrations from unfriendly locations worldwide.
If you know anyone in this boat just get them to send me an email with their username and IPv4 address, which can found in network settings, or just use this tool -
