 Post subject: Unknown engine number ?

I have this number stamped on the block. 1015/3654. Before everyone gets stuck in, they're the only numbers I've got. I've cleaned off and sanded it. It doesn't look like it's been ground off and restamped.
Any ideas people?

1098cc from around May 1974

Car 8219 has 1015/3126 - ADR date 4-74
Car 8543 has 1015/3747 - ADR date 5-74

Cheers. How do I tell what type of engine it is, ie, 99h for example

1015 is the engine prefix
