Just about to board a very long flight back from the UK. We have been over here doing bucket list stuff in the UK, Italy, Switzerland and France. I have only seen two classic minis (neither mk1’s), one on the road in the Shetland islands (Lerwick) and another in the Moxy hotel near Heathrow. One would have thought there might be more in daily use to be seen, considering it’s their birthplace. I do realise they have salty roads in winter and are up to 65 years old, which has obviously taken its toll. Conversely, I saw at least 30 Ferraris in the UK and most weren’t current models. I see more minis in Brisbane on a monthly basis! On a side note, the Ferrari museums (Modena & Maranello) were excellent, as was the 4.5hr owner’s factory tour. I highly recommend the museums if you are a Ferrari fan. |

We did England Ireland and Scotland 10 or more years ago, I counted 5 including one in Orkney Islands. They only come out for shows and organised runs. Australia is getting the same lately. |

This may help explain it. https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/car ... today.html Altough it does not specifically say how many minis, one would assume less than 5000. |
