External mirrors were not factory fitted. The dealers would fit BMC approved mirrors These were 2 Wibroc types fitted to the MK1 Cooper S Attachment: 2556 Wibroc Bullet Mirror.jpg Attachment: Bullet mirror.jpg Attachment: 2548 Wibroc Screw on Door Mirror.jpg Attachment: Wibroc screw on door mirror.jpg

There are fixing holes in both wings and in the driver's door. Is it better to fit all 3 mirrors or plug some holes?. Bit of a naive question perhaps but any thoughts? |

The closer you can get the mirror to your head the more you can see in the mirror. I don't think much of the mirrors on the guards. |
