Hi All, drop test as per the official instructions states damper to be fitted and should be 5-7 seconds, yet all the YouTube videos show the test without damper. What is the consensus here? |

SU manual states damper fitted and transfer holes blocked off. |

Yep damper should be fitted and plug holes in the bottom of piston. 1 1/4" = 3-5 seconds 1 1/2" = 5-7 seconds Here is an SU manual if needed. Page 19-20 https://tecb.eu/onewebmedia/Tuning_SU_Carbs.pdf |
