Same case, same casting, no difference. FAX just indicated the type of gears inside it
(Though I have a nice FAX stamped casting spare
)

Will the above gearbox case fit onto a 1275 Mk2 Cooper S engine and have enough clearance for crankshaft etc or does it need to be FAX type? |
