Am in the process of replacing rear wheel cylinder and noticed MOWOG on the inside of the drum. Are there any still available with this marking or is it really old? Car speedo only showing 79,000 miles....

My mini still had the 4 original drums, they even had the date stamps in them. It’s quite possible yours are the original ones too

Like all braking (and steering) components the condition and serviceability is more important than originality in my view, especially where the signs of original are hidden, such as your MOWOG casting inside the drum. Brake drums are inexpensive and usually our of sight so I went for new on my restoration.
