Hi mini enthusiasts

I have been offered to purchase a Cadiz clubman gt. It is in pretty good condition both mechanically and body. Probably restored quite a while ago and kept fairly original

Whilst the price is “what a person is prepared to pay” does anyone have any recent sale prices?

It does seem like the market has cooled somewhat.

Maybe a fair price range would be appropriate by someone in the know

Any comments would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

A list of historical known sale and auction prices would be a nice reference for those in your position. I suppose obtaining and verifying the data may be a challenge, but having publicly posted prices or near estimates would be better than nothing.
Needs someone to take on the task of course.
I wonder if other marque car enthusiast groups do this ?

There are a few GTs with prices on the classic register - https://classicregister.com/car-search/ ... ubman%20gt

car-from-uk has historical sale prices as well - https://car-from-uk.com/search.php?cx=p ... man+gt&sa=

You could also compare the GT you have been offered to this one for $43500 and that will give you an idea of current asking price vs car condition - https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/detail ... 0317/?Cr=1
