HYB8125 is the Mini rubber seat diaphragm, so quite appropriate you found it in the seat. The glue obviously decided it couldn't hold the sticker to the rubber any longer.

As Doug alluded to above, the part maker changed its name after 50 year from Bostick to just Boss |
