Hey all, I'm an hour away from my mini, but need to get rivets to reattach the build plate. What is the factory sized holes in the firewall for Aus built mk1 850? Thanks |

The correct rivets for the identification plate are part no. 97H728 (DMP824) which is a monel rivet 1/8 diameter with a head diameter of 0.236". I purchased some of these from a supplier off Ebay last year although the items I purchased were a little long, they worked very well and look authentic. Search ebay for: Qty 25 Dome Rivet 73 MS 4-6 Monel / Steel 1/8 - 3.2mm x 12.7mm Nickel Co... It still comes up. Regards Tony Just ordered a pack. I take some delight in finding parts that are still available and close to original. It's a quiet life here in the suburbs, in the shed and avoiding the gardening. Please don't tell me the factory changed the specifications just before my model was released.... |
