It's getting harder to find the little bits for old cars but I have just bought some new Lucas dash warning lights used in Mk2 mini K and S, as well as 1100, 1500 and 1800. These are the push-in, coloured lenses with the jewel pattern. They are marketed for classic motorcycles.

I bought 2 green ones for the blinkers and a red one for the brake warning light.
Thought it was worth letting people know - or maybe I'm the last to know?

Well I didn't know that Bill, and Doogie was looking for some a while ago so he didn't know.. so you're not alone.

Very good to know!

Edit: where's the best place to buy?

I found mine on ebay. Came from Trojan Classic Motorcycles in Sydney. Cost me $22 each all up.

Thanks Bill. Classic bike spares has them as well, $15 each plus delivery. Who would have thought you could buy classic mini bits from a bike shop.
