Hi All,

Long time with not much posting but hopefully getting a big push to get the my mini on the road.

Going through my part boxes to take stock of what I've got and what I need, I found a starter motor that has a part sticker from 2006 so relatively fresh given I've had it in the shed for over 10 years.

Question is what should be done to check it over before testing, installing. Checking brushes is a given but is there anything else that should be lubed, checked, refreshed?
