 Post subject: Grub screws in head

Hi all, As the title suggests, there are 4 grub screws in my cylinder head and I don’t know why.
There is another bigger one at the heater end as well.
Any thoughts on what this is all about?

Air injection ports I believe for emissions.

As above, were air injection ports. Thread is 7/16 UNF, I use old seat belt bolts and cut them off flush.

Just grind those ones flush. A lick of paint and you won't notice them.
