Hi all
Great to have the forum back!

I had to replace the main jet pipe between the base of the carby and the fuel bowl.

Under choke it blows a heap of smoke then it’s fine

I checked a plug and it’s running very lean

Any thoughts of what is wrong as it was running perfect before the main jet tube was replaced

Thanks

Was it the correct size jet? There is .090 and .010
Did you reset the mixture adjustment?
Did you check the needle was still centred and the piston rises and falls smoothly?
Did you check the fuel bowl level?
