I see that you don't have any replies to your question that should at least have some acknowledgement, as these questions sometimes open up a 'rabbit hole'.
There will be others who know far more than me. My mini K has 2 tin tanks and the brake pedal is slightly higher than the clutch pedal by 7-8mm. Cooper S have a more obvious height difference but they also had a different brake pedal angle. I don't know if there were different pushrod lengths (other than badly worn clevis pin holes?). The critical thing is to make sure that when the pedals are at rest, there is clearance between the pedal and the open box section where the pedals connect to the m/c pushrods. The ensures the internal piston returns to the 'off' position.
