Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality deburring/chamfer tool for 3/16" brake tubing up to, at least, 3/8" for hydro tubing? Have been improvising with files and drill bits but have decided to turn semi-professional! There are some on the internet but the plastic AC/DC ones don't inspire confidence - but willing to be corrected if they work. |

What are you cutting the tube with at the moment? I use a small pipe cutter and the end is quite well cut - usually I only have to go over it with some fine sandpaper to clean it before flaring. |

I am using a Record mini tube cutter. I just wanted the inner and outer edges to be deburred to get a good smooth seal when flared. |

I use a mini tube cutter which has a built-in deburring tool for the inner surface. |
