Use a heat gun or hair dryer on the sharp curves , also when starting from the front unroll strip so the curve in the roll fits the small 2 curves. It is also a good idea to have the strip in the sun for a time although I do not have to do this .Correct length pop rivets are required the one at the back and front go straight through the other 3 rivets come from underneath and only go through the metal and the bottom thickness of the strip so you don't see the rivets. The curves at both ends will require the use of a heat gun as you heat and push the curve shrink the sides by pushing in with your fingers, you can get them to fit better than new as they never used heat guns. Take your time and it is easy to do, Allen |

Careful with the heart gun. Too much heat and the strip distorts. Gently, gently! |

I find it is much easier if you get them into the rays of the sun for a few days so that they become almost straight. They then are immensely flexible to either direction. I have a piece about 750mm that I can bend into the shape of a tight U to demonstrate the ease of bending. |
