Just after some info did early leyland mini gauges have km and miles where as later model ones only have km? Also were the needles on the earlier ones red or orange?
Thanks

Pretty sure that the orange on our cars was called Dayglow Fire Orange. I have seen red and orange needles and some are bright and some are faded. Maybe the UK did a red needle and those have made their way into our cars over the past 50 years.

The needle colour change was early to mid 1972.
