Hi all

My mini k is leaking fuel.

It seems that a spiral looking pipe from the bowl to the base of the carbie has come apart

How do you fix this?

Thanks in advance

It's part of the main jet. Buy a new one and that hose is included.

Is it just a case of ordering a 11/4 jet?

Are there many variants

Thanks

There are a few details that need to be observed when fitting a new jet between the carby and float bowl - especially where the plastic tube is connected to the bottom of the float bowl. Look at a workshop manual to see where the plastic tube is sealed by the O ring at the fuel bowl. This is a common site of fuel leaks. Sometimes, you are lucky and the leak just needs the 1/4AF nut to be tightened very lightly.
