This may sound strange where dose the wiring harness run in the engine bay
What side do the head light wires run
Where should the fuse box be
Where to all the sensor wiring run ,temp,oil,alt and coil
Any help would be great Nomaly I would just go check a car at a car show
But none at the moment

What make an model do you have?

Otherwise:
1. Drivers side underneath the bonnet drain channel, then across the bonnet catch panel
2. Headlight wires are in the loom, but split out to left and right underneath the bonnet catch panel
3. Driver's side, back corner, just beneath the wiring loom
4. Temp, oil and alt wiring is integrated into the loom. Oil Pressure is sometimes direct to the gauge, in this there is a pressure capillary tube which goes around the back of the engine and directly up to the instrument cluster throug the bulkhead.

What model do you have?
This is a photo of a 1970 round nose. The front harness is attached to the rear harness via a nylon plug behind the wiper motor. The harness is held in place using a series of metal tags under the screen scuttle panel. One branch goes to the instruments and a second branch connects to/ runs past the fuse box shown on the drivers side. It then passes under the bonnet gutter, held in place using metal clips. Some wires pass through the inner wing and connect to the driver’s side lights, some travel along the under side of the front panel, to solenoid, alternator, distributor, etc and finally to the passenger side lights.

Hi I have a round front 1967 but it has had a clubman harness fitted along side of the original and wires go everywhere and most are not connected
