Oil stain on garage floor under Mini Van, directly below the Maniflow LCB Y collector. On closer investigation there is oil around the joint on the Y section where it goes into the downpipes which must have been dripping out overnight.

I can only imagine oil could get into the manifold either by the rocker cover gasket leaking at the back directly above the centre pipe and the manifold gasket not sealing sufficiently. Or perhaps oil getting sucked into the exhaust port in the head due to worn exhaust valve guides?

Any one else had oil leaking out their exhaust manifold?

leak around fuel pump gasket maybe? Or rear pushrod covers if fitted.

1100S block with electric pump. New engine, new gaskets, diff seals, only started for setting up carb, timing in garage, not yet driven on road. New Maniflow2 lcb.

It's very slowly dripping out (overnight) of the two forward facing pipes at the front of the Y junction where it slips over the two downpipes

Could it possibly be unburnt fuel dripping out which is black in colour because it's coming out the exhaust?

It's a bit odd if it's continually dripping. It shouldn't be coming from inside the head, anything that gets into the head via the valves/guides should pool around the back of the valves, not run towards the manifolds, unless it's filled up and is now running down the exhaust. If it's really coming out of the extractors then I'd be taking them off and looking inside the exhaust ports

Unburned fuel is my bet. How is your float level?

What does the drip smell like? Fuel should be distinctive and different to oil, surely.
