Hi all, I'm hoping someone may be able to help. I'm fitting a HS4 to my 850 and have hit an issue. Carb is a HS4 waxstat with carb spacer and it does not clear the bulkhead. I have a spare pre non waxstat HS4 that I was hoping to remove the jet and linkages and put them on the Waxstat carb. I know there are kits to convert, but was hoping this can be swapped. |

Yeah, you can swap parts around to make up what you want, it'll be fine |

Thanks Simon. Just realised the spare I have is a RH and the waxstat is a LH so it may not work if the linkage is on the reverse side. I will play around with them today. |
