I literally just rewired mine today.
Brown with black trace was the horn wire (goes to ground when horn is pressed).
Green with white trace is left hand indicator.
Green with red trace is right hand indicator.
Green with black trace is power (that power will get fed through the green+tracer wires when you indicate in the relevant direction)
EDIT - I see yours doesn't have green plus black. I suspect it might be your green +yellow. If I were you I would check continuity of this wire and the two indicator wires above. There should be no continuity when blinker is not selected. There should be continuity between this wire and the appropriate green + tracer wire depending on whether you select turn left or turn right on the stalk. That will set you right.
I believe the straight green MIGHT be for the little blinky light on the end of the stalk but I am not using it so another could confirm)
You could double check this with the wiring diagram. Also they should have accompanying wires of the same colours on the loom, so should just join like plus like? (Although on my loom the brown with black trace wire goes to a purple with black trace wire).
EDIT 2 - you will need to run the flasher unit too, not just run power to the stalk then out to the blinkers. I can't be 100% on that part, but I believe it goes: power (green usually) to the "X" labelled connector of the flasher, then flashing power out the "L" labelled connector of the flasher (via a green wire with orange tracer in my case) to end up at the indicator stalk where (in my case) the colour is green with black tracer.
The "P" on the flasher unit goes to the single green indicator lamp on the speedo (via green plus purple in the pic below), or you can send it to the indicator stalk lamp if you have one. I don't use this wire as I have orange Left and Right lamps on the speedo, so they are wired in to the green + red, and green + white wires.
