I have recently acquired a 1964 Mk1 Cooper modified into a Cooper S. A third or fourth mid-life crisis after owning several Minis in the dim and distant.
I thought I might try and find out if my previous Minis were still about.
The first was a 1962 850 Vict Rego HOC-620 engine no. 8AMUH306045.
The second was a 1965 Deluxe Vict Rego JHB-819 engine no. 9YATAH7077.
The third was a 1966 Cooper S Vict Rego JRB-983 engine nos. 9FSAY40074/41903. This was a Brownrigg modified car.
With no chassis nos., the very helpful lady (and I am not being facetious) at VicRoads could only tell that the registrations have been cancelled.
If anyone knows anything of them, I would be most interested.
