Gday All,
Going through my spares.
Have 2 large journal non-s cranks.
One is 12G1505A, one is 12G1505E.

1.Could someone please explain the difference?
2. What are the regrind limits on the mains and big ends for these cranks in which they become unusable?

Thanks Peter.

I can't help with #1 but generally they can go to 040 undersized on bigends and mains due to bearing availability. There are bigger sized bearings about but harder to find.
Alternatively you can grind the bigends to small journal in standard stroke or altered stroke to get more life out of it. You just need to narrow the small journal conrods to fit.
