Is there a how to, to change 1969 doors to Clubman doors?

Don't think so.
It's a major op, needs the B pillar replaced or serious surgery thereto.
Then you find their door handles are fragile and new ones NLA.

As for the Clubby "burst proof" latches, my son's Clubby had a head-on, the cast iron hinges broke, and both doors finished up on the road.
