With some assistance* bled brakes (no air!) and adjusted them, adjusted carby (was running rich) and fixed clutch (wasn't working properly. Slave cylinder and pipes full of air, master only 1/3 full of fluid! Works a treat now!)

*I was the assistance...

Drove to the top of Mt Baw Baw for lunch with some BMC friends - unfortunately low cloud, mist and rain spoilt the view, but what a drive :D

Well, it's British motoring - it's the kind of weather the cars were designed for!

Finished stripping and treating the underneath of the mini…. masked of areas ready for sound deadening tomorrow.
Thank god i made a frame and tipped the mini on its side, so much easier than trying to crawl underneath

Got my Ausmini sticker and keyring today. Thanks Mick.

Fitted stainless steel hose clamp to heater duct.

First day since the mini.matic was registered raining all day, took Sugar for a drive and she protested about getting wet by, :

1 the wipers worked for about a minute and then went on strike
2 The RH blinker refused to blink.

Looks like I have a few little jobs to do.

Well open the shed door stood next to the mini thinking of doing the engine bay , felt a twinge in the back and decided to put the new trolley together instead ........ disapointing since the weather is a lot better now for doing stuff on the mini :-(
