Hey Emm,

What a bummer, bloody idiots on the road :x :x

I've got dial up where I am and the first pic I saw was the one with you showing your dirty hands, your shirt looks like it says messy hands, how cool

Good panel beatin job, should be all smiles again soon I hope.

Cheers

So sorry to read yet again that some idiot has done damage to your car Betty. Lets hope that the insurers do you justice and you get the car back on the road soon. Not a nice Xmas gift but lets just hope that 2007 will bring a much happier satisfying year.

Unfortunately in this case the driver of the offending car lived up to his rego plate name.

Cheersand good luck!
Birty

Hi Emm,
Sorry im so late getting in on this thread but I have had computer problems. At least minis I can understand. I propose next Garage Day we send a Hummer escort to run interference. I had a great day, It was good to see so many Minis in my street and the looks on the Boy Racers down the road were priceless as you all convoyed home.

Great to meet you and see you next time in one piece!

Jim :D

Ahhhh !!! Wives

I showed my wife the series of Emm's disaster photo whilst feeling good about myself. She grunted and said the guard wasn't very well finished, corrugations all over it.

That was the post just after KB said I was more famopus than him too !!!!!!

Not bad for the Peter Williamson school of panelbeating - the back end of an Axe.
reference - 1977 James Hardie (or whatever it was called that year). :D

Yeah KB - it was about that - a well used claw hammer and a palm dolly

Oh - and a mazda sissor jack

I was actually down there to bring Brendan home. A week of disaster and rescues. The hot water service rusted through - Gina's dad found us another hot water service discarded on a building site.

Other small issues and had to be back for the Mudgee car club chrissy party on sunday which I was organising.

Gina let me off the hook as she wanted some shopping and suddenly I was free to mini away in the garage thing - next time I will have my tools with me though.

Tuesday was good - spent several hundred thousand dollars of Morris Iemma's money. Went to the Bylong fire and spent the day sitting on a fire truck ordering in very expensive air strikes to quell the fire. We had eight very significant fires in the region in the last few weeks and picking up brendan was a welcome R & R.
