Well, are we going to get a first hand account of what happened to the LS? Doesn't look like it was a big hit, more of a love tap really. 8)

hit the accelerator instead of the brake?

I once saw a car in a canal. An old man was parking and hit the accelerator instead of the brake. I think that happens a lot.

Speaking of accidental flooring, some old fella (was it in adelaide, i think it was??) was parking in a U-Park and just as he was about to stop he jammed the 'loud' pedal and drove throught the barriers flew out the side, down a few story's and unfortunately died. So now they have metal bracing around the wood panels.

Yeah, thread hijack time....

A guy I used to know let a girl drive his pristine VL commodore (thought he was gonna get lucky or something, I guess). The went to a shopping centre, she parked illegally between two concrete pilons, then while making the final adjustment she hit the go pedal instead of the brake.

The VL ended up with a couple grands worth of damage (almost a write-off at that cost, i'd say)

Turns out that she didnt even have a license, because she was only 15 at the time. He thought it would be best not to tell the insurance company, or to take her to court... .

Needless to say, she couldnt afford to fix it....and never saw him again. He did get f**ked in a way though. Financially.

No.... meaning that the whole "trying to get into her pants" cost him 2 grand in repairs..... and no sex. She "f**ked him over".
