I bought myself the anti leak kit and a quick release coupling. I got the roll pin out of the back half of the coupling but can't get the front or gearbox side roll pin out. Not sure if someone has messed this up previously, hence the wire tie down.
Limited access under the car does has not helped.
I'm wondering will I have any success cutting the coupling with a thin cutting wheel. Has anyone had to resort to that in the past to remove it?

I've had one that was really hard to get out, took me ages. I tried a few things including drilling but in the end I think it was persistence with the punch and I think I may have used a blow torch to heat it.

Sometimes the more the pin has had the crap beat out of them, the more they swell up and don't want to move. If you're fitting a new coupler and pins, just run through each side with a 1mm cut off disc. Has anyone tried one of those tiny uni Joints, like they use on street rod steering and the like.
