Ok, since it was done at a 'shop' let them do it... I thought you fixed it by yourself.

Dont touch it, get them to look and fix or help, tell you what it is, etc.

thats exactly my problem..hmmmm im might try are thicker oil

It might be thicker oil
It might be a/f mixture
It might be the spring not coping
It might be a carby sticking
It might be ...

If you call John/Glen and tell them the issue and tell them should you try changing the oil or spring or should you bring it in...

In the end, up to you, I would pop in there, say take it for a drive (or take him) show him and then see.

yeah i will ill speak to them first... i tryed to fix it myself but still couldnt get it started so i handed it to glen to have a look and he fixed the rest for me lol
