My shoulders are quite broad too. I am a mechanic and deal with all sorts of people. I also use a lot of forum boards based all over the world. They are great and the best way to learn new things or teach others the same.
I am sorry you can't take critisism. Some of the boards I post at are very efficient and well structured, and that is what I am used to.
I am also sorry you seem to have some hot headed members here. Once again I am not used to members accusing newbies of certain things, especially implying that I am a trouble maker. I reviewed my 7 posts and found one that may have been out of line. One out of seven!
I don't own a Mini, but work on quite a few in my workshop. I came here to pick up some tips on Australian built Mini's. Although the overseas boards are good (excellent actually) I thought joining an Australian Mini board would be better for picking up any differences with the Australian built Mini's. Even a mechanic of many years can learn something new.
I appologise to anyone who might have been offended when I pointed out something that doesn't sit within the rules posted here.
Yes, as a newbie I read the rules. I even put my location in my profile, as requested in the rules.
