gday all....love the book found one copy on amazon..$21.00 plus $3.49 shipping.
beta be quick as they only have one copy...if ya want it..

As they say , the quick and the dead .... Keep an eye out on UK ebay though from memory it cost more to get it sent by seamail then it did to buy so it was only around a pound or so . This is about5 years ago though .
