Hi all,

I’ve had some problems with the radiator bracket bolt (the rear one that goes horizontally into the bottom of the cowl) hitting on the crankshaft pulley

I have a factory 1100 damper pulley and what I assume are the factory 850 radiator brackets and shroud. The only way I’ve been able to get around the problem is by holding the radiator away as far as possible while doing up the bolts. This seems to work most of the time, but a few weeks ago I hit a big pothole and the brackets must have shifted a little and the pulley started rubbing on the bolt

Is there a better combination of lower/upper radiator brackets that give more clearance? Did any of the later bolts have a shorter head? I’ve added some extra photos below of what I’ve got now in case there’s something that’s obviously mismatched
