Hi All,

I'm trying to chase down the grommets that the heater matrix tubes pass through in a Clubman heater. I've had a look through the usual mini shop pages, been to Clark Rubber and searched through grommet catalogues and every post on this forum that mentions 'grommet', but I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement. The closest I've had was a couple I picked up at Clark Rubber. I trimmed the edge off to match the originals, only to find that the outer diameter is too large to fit the hole in the plastic.

I'm after any links, part numbers, or any recommendations for replacement grommets please.

Cheers,

Does the grommet need to be intact? Could you take a vertical slice out of the Clark Rubber version to reduce its diameter? Once fitted it should stay in place.

Thanks for the suggestion, I had a go with the new grommets but the wall thickness was too much and when the OD was ok, the ID was too small for the pipe. I will keep digging for grommets that might work with your suggestion.
