No heater on my morris mini poverty pack so decided to print a blanking plate in abs. Came out well I think.

I like the simplicity of your repair. Vey innovative!

Looks really good, nice job. Let us know if/when you print the 2 piece centre bulkhead seal.

Yeah that's my next job on the printing list. I need to work out the clearance for the SU carb. In the meantime i've just printed the heater hose blank on the right hand side of the bulkhead. Saved myself about $40 in those 2 parts. :D

Bulkhead large cover now printed. Just waiting for 50mm and 40mm grommets to arrive.

Anyone interested in one?

I'm interested. Is it 2 piece?

Nah, decided to print one piece and slit the top so it can twist around the wiring loom. The grommet will then keep it together. The abs has some flex to get it around the loom without the plastic breaking. It's a cheaper solution than the Japanese one which is about $125! This one utilises the existing bolt locations at the top and slots over the bottom section of the hole without needing to drill more holes in the bulkhead.

I was thinking $40. As its the first one and it might need some modification I can send to you for nothing so you can trial fit and give me some feedback. My mini is about 4 years away from needing it yet. :?

It's going to be a couple of weeks until the grommets arrive though but I can send the plate to trial fit.

Happy to help with a trial fit. At the least let me cover your costs - materials, postage etc. PM me with your bank details.
