Hey all just had a new garage built and was wondering if anyone has had experience with any floor sealers/recommendations. Chasing something that’s oil resistant and that stands up to welding spark okay. Happy with clear or a light grey colour

Sigma epoxy coating from Taubmans trade store. It’s a 2 pack product, tintable to Australian STD colours and is easy to touch up if you have a scratch. It’s very durable and used on the deck of large ships. Not cheap by worth it.
Stay away from any concrete coatings from your local hardware store.

I believe you can get it in an untinted base that’s clear but they will also tint it for you. I went with a light grey. Not all Taubmans Professional Trade Centres stock it but they can order it in for you.

I did POR15 floor armour and it was .... Meh. [Edit] Well I did rebuild a car on it and it actually held up semi okay. But looks way worse than when first applied[/E].

At my mates place, we did the epoxy with the black/white/grey paint flakes put on in between coats and it's bloody amazing. Expensive. But great.
Grey epoxy , flakes, clear epoxy x2.
