Looking for confirmation that for every 0.005 thou you move the cam gear you can advance or retard a cam by one degree.

Can any one confirm the maths. Thanks Kiwiinwgtn

I measured a 9° (at crank) minispares offset cam key which is 4.5° actual at cam.
Clamped down, the offset gap measured 0.034" using feeler gauges.

= 0.0075555555" per cam degree.
