According to PUB1056M this grommet goes in the boot but I can't see where, please help.

If it is the fuel tank drain hole, what about ARA1160. They both can't go in the same place!!

Is one for cars with the drain, and the other for cars without?

ARA1160 has a hole in the middle for tank drains
RFN217 has no hole
