I'm trying to find four Metro GTi mpi alloy wheels. They're 7 spoke, 13 x 5.5", ET +52, PCD 95.25mm. They're really all that will fit the Watsons kit in my 1977 Clubbie - an almost complete Metro front end. I can't find another set from a different car with the same spec. I'm stuck with looking in the UK, but the freight exceeds the cost of the wheels - when you can find a set. Anybody know of a set in Australia/NZ?

that's a bit of a downer.... I suppose you've been through all of the options of changing drive flanges to mini pattern etc.?

Performance wheels can drill the 13x5.5 superlites in 95.25 pcd, although the offset (+25) is a bit low for your needs?

I'm not sure on the offset of the Moke wheels, but I wonder if you could drill them to the Metro PCD?

that's what I was thinking... there is a 'metro turbo' version that's thicker, but it depends on what CV joints are there

There's also the option of moving the studs in the existing drive flanges.

I'd exhaust all options for changing the stud pattern before finding 95.25 PCD wheels... It would be a major pain in the bum to have different wheels front to back

I appreciate the suggestions. The modified Metro drive flanges do offer me either 4" or the original 95.25mm. I stayed with the original because the Transport people will be looking for standard Metro GTi track, and the only way to get that is to use a wheel with +52mm offset. (I also used the Watsons rear wheel spacers, which bolt firmly to both hub and wheel, that are similarly 4" or 95.25mm, and the Metro wheels are on there because the Transport people will be much happier if I have some more +ET to help reduce the extra load on the rear axle. I'm also removing the rear seats and using rear hub tapers instead of ordinary rollers to provide more support, which is acceptable). Also, that offset just fits under the Sport Pack wheel arches on the front that I have used, and good handling won't be improved if I stick the wheel another couple of inches further out. To cap it all off I can't find any other 13 inch wheel, whether 95.25mm or 4" that comes in, or can be made in, ET+52. Hence the interest in finding another set of Metro alloys, preferably locally.
