Check carefully before you order Heritage sills as they are likely to be for a UK body shell and will have more vents pressed into the panel than the Australian style. Look closely at your current sill and compare the indents and pressings to what you plan to purchase. My understanding from more knowledgeable people than me who regularly work on Oz Mini bodies is that the flat panel is the best choice for maintaining a sympathetic look and is not overly difficult to fit. I believe Minisport and Mini Kingdom Online source their sills from different manufacturers so take that into account as well.
The original Australian pressed sills had Australian part numbers to reflect the difference - HYA1774 and 1775. Unless you find New Old Stock of these you may find your best option is the flat panel.
