Mini King Parts book (p 228) shows AYD9065 as the 2-barb valve and the funnel-shaped valve your had a link to, both under the same part number. I recently bought the funnel-shaped one you showed from MKO as it was all he had available. It is a 1-way
valve with gauze filter. It is GWW506 in other catalogues.
P 228 also shows the T piece/valve, so these variations have all been available at various times.
The 2-barb valve seems to have been meant to be inline, so it might be intended to fit in the cap and join 2 tubes.
I am fairly certain that the 2 barb was at the bottom of the bottle when my K was new because I didn't know what it was there for.
