Well the basis of this head mod is an 1100S 12G940 head the exhaust ports near the valve guides are more open then the later ones and appear to give less restriction Also the small inlets give an opportunity to use the 35.6mm Inlet valve and cut fresh seats So far i have machined out the 4 inlets and done some very mild blending Also semi polished the chambers to remove the rough cast original finish I bead blasted these areas to give a matt type finish and has really come up nice I will mainly be smoothing out the exhaust ports to give better flow, not gouging great gobs of metal out to end up like a 2 stroke expansion chamber I think it all comes down to Personal Achievement when you have done something and Won Research is a powerful tool I really appreciate everyone's opinions
